The staff at this place are incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited on 2nd Feb for lunch with my family and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect and the service was exceptional. A flawless visit. Kudos to the staff! 👏🏼👏🏼

The service provided by the young waiter and the blonde lady for a birthday party of 13 children was exceptional! The kids had a wonderful time and the service was friendly and polite. The young waiter's dedication and hard work are commendable. Thank you both for a great experience!

On 02/07/22, I had a fantastic family meal outing. We opted for the "Even Bigger" Deal and it was worth it. The food was excellent, Ryan provided top-notch service, and the overall service was impeccable. The girl with glasses also did a great job. I will definitely return and appreciate the free parking.

During our dinner visit, we encountered a minor issue with the discount code, but the staff at the counter resolved it promptly. While three out of four pizzas arrived on time, the fourth was delayed. After some follow-ups, the missing pizza was delivered with apologies. Despite the mistake, we were impressed by the manager and staff's handling of the situation. We did not need to complain as it was resolved satisfactorily. I can confidently recommend this outlet for their customer service.

After a few hours of Christmas shopping, we chose to dine here. I requested parking validation multiple times from the staff to avoid exceeding the 3-hour limit. They assured me they would take care of it after noting down my car registration. However, I received a fine two weeks later despite confirming with the staff before leaving. This experience with Telford Pizza Hut was disappointing, as being misled about parking validation impacts the overall visit negatively.

Their delivery system is a complete joke. Despite ordering directly through Pizza Hut, the order was passed on to Uber Eats and never arrived. This has happened before, and I won't give them a third chance. 0 stars.

Visited with my partner around 2:30 and had a wonderful experience. The portion sizes were perfect, all the food was served at the right temperature, and the prices were reasonable. The server was also incredibly lovely. Highly recommended.

I've visited twice now and both times there was no tomato pasta, which was disappointing. Despite being told it would be ready in 10 minutes, we waited for half an hour and still no pasta. It's a letdown for those with dietary restrictions.

The buffet had a good variety and the staff were excellent. It's worth mentioning that the staff are the main reason to visit this restaurant. While I could order pizza from anywhere, the exceptional staff service is what draws me to dine in at this establishment.
